1. About these terms

By using printship.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Shipping & Delivery, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds and Privacy policies.

2. Your photos and text

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every photo, name, logo and artwork you upload, and you are responsible for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights. We may decline designs that use third-party logos, characters or trademarks, or that are unlawful or offensive.

3. Previews and print

The live preview is a close guide. Small differences in colour, crop and placement are normal in printing. Low-resolution photos may print less sharply; we warn you before you order when we can detect this.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery and pay-on-delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. If a price is shown in error, we will tell you before printing and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and delivery

An order is confirmed when payment (or the pay-on-delivery advance) is received. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on production and courier timelines.

6. Use of the website

Please don't misuse the site: no scraping, attempts to break security, or fraudulent orders. The website's text, design and images belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Phone brand and model names belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural events, strikes, transport disruption or government action).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where they apply.
