1. Made to order

Every item is printed for you after you order. Made to order. Usually dispatched in 2–4 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your PIN code.

2. Delivery charges

• Delivery: ₹49 per order; free on orders above ₹699.
• Pay-on-delivery (phone cases only): 25% advance online (minimum ₹149), and the balance plus a ₹49 COD charge on delivery.

3. Tracking

We send tracking details by WhatsApp and email once your parcel ships. You can also check status under My Orders.

4. Separate parcels

Phone cases and other gifts are made in different studios, so an order with both may arrive in two parcels, each with its own tracking.

5. Delivery issues

Please check that your address, PIN code and mobile number are correct. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you; re-delivery may be charged. See the Returns & Refunds policy for refused pay-on-delivery orders.
